Hours of Service

The Elinore L. Pike Library at the George R. Hanaford Elementary School is open on a flexible schedule Monday through Friday from 8:50 a.m. until 3:10 p.m.

Students are encouraged to visit the library throughout the day, with the permission of their classroom teacher, as long as there are no scheduled classes taking place.

The Elinore L. Pike Library Media Center

  

The Elinore L. Pike Library Media Center at the George R. Hanaford Elementary School has  seven desktop computers, one cart of 25 Lenovo laptops, one cart of 25 iPads and 12 circulating individual laptops vailable for checkout. In addition, the library collection is made up of more than 10,000 books and reference materials that are available to all students, faculty, staff and parents. We have a small but sturdy professional collection and a collection of more than 40 videos, DVDs and digitized video offerings.

The library operates on a semi-flexible schedule, closed during Power Hour class times and available for students to visit with their classes or as individuals with the permission of their teachers. The library is open daily from 9:10 am until 3:35 p.m.
