Third grade Power Hour in the library spent two months researching a topic of their choice using the IIM method of research. They took their notes, compiled photos on their topics, created storyboards and put it all together into digital books using Book Creator on the iPads. We then exported the books as videos, which you can see below.
We learned a lot along the way, including the importance of organization in our research and keeping our projects small and manageable. Here are our final products.
