Student Directions

Write lyrics (or full songs) that highlight one battle or one event in the Civil War.  Then, present to the class both verbally and on a poster board.  Creativity shows good effort. Song should include:

5 facts

Who fought (Union or Confederate General)

What happened at the battle or event

Where did the battle or event take place

When did the battle or event occur

Who won (Union or Confederacy)
