The Cranston School District offers free ebooks and audiobooks to students and faculty. Our digital collection is available 24/7. Log in using Clever and click on the Sora icon. Sora offers a wide variety of highly popular titles across all genres!

Project Gutenberg has more than 42,000 free ebooks: epub books and kindle books. You can also download them or read them online. These are free for you to use.
All students at Bain have access to MyON through Clever.com. Books can be read on any computer. Log in and try it out!
First Book offers thousands of free ebooks geared specifically for middle school readers! The selection is large and easy to browse since it organized by genre. Email Mrs. Grabbert for your unique access code and PIN (bgrabbert@cpsed.net).

How to download the App:
1. Go to the App Store on your device (Apple or Android).
2. Search for “Open eBooks” and follow the instructions to download.
3. Open the app.
4. Agree to any terms and conditions.
5. Enter your code and PIN combination when prompted.
6. Browse the catalog of books available.
7. Download eBooks of interest to you and enjoy reading!
8. You can download 10 eBooks at a time. Each eBook will be available for 56 days before it must be renewed.
