How to Create a Presentation in Google Drive for Classroom

  1. Open the CHROME browser

  2. In the address bar:

  3. Sign in:  (YOG= year of hs graduation)       password: ID#initials

  4. Click on your assignment

  5. Choose “Create”  and “Presentation”

Use the toolbar and menu to Add slides, Format slides, change font, add transitions, undo changes, etc.

Slide: to Add, delete, slides; change background, theme and layout


To add images, choose “Insert Images” and find the saved image in your “My Pictures” folder or find new ones by clicking “Tools”  Research—and the finding images from online.  You can right click to copy and paste into the slide.
