Perseus is challenged to slay the gorgon Medusa, whose look can turn him to stone.

The myth of how Minerva's jealousy of Medusa led her to change Medusa into a gorgon whom no one could look upon. Perseus was sent to slay Medusa, which he did. On his return, he discovered Andromeda who was held captive by a sea monster. Perseus vowed to slay the monster but only if he could marry Andromeda. Her parents agreed, and after the monster was slain, a wedding banquet was held. Perseus and Andromeda then reigned among the gods.

The Greek myth of Eros & Psyche

In ancient Greece, a princess rises to a challenge: Psyche lives in the comfort of her parents'wealthy kingdom. But when her beauty draws the jealous anger of the powerful goddess Aphrodite, Psyche finds herself in great danger. She is taken away to an isolated mountain to marry a monster. Will Psyche find love after all with her mysterious new husband? Or will she fall prey to Aphrodite's revenge?

Psyche promises her husband, Cupid, that she will never look at him. Viewers see the consequences of a broken promise.

Pandora is accused of corrupting the world in Greek mythology. Find out how this came to be in this brilliantly illustrated Greek myth.

Explores the story of Pandora’s box, which begins in a time when only children lived on the earth. They were provided with everything they needed. Epimetheus and Pandora live in a cottage with a large box in the center of the room. They had been instructed never to open the box but Pandora becomes curious and opens it. The box contains winged creatures representing the troubles of the world, including evil, disease, pain, sorrow, anger, and more. The last creature in the box was called hope and it helps to show that hope can turn troubles into happiness.
