The Whelan Elementary School library is open to all Whelan students and staff.
There are no overdue fines.
Lost or significantly damaged materials must be paid for at the cost of replacement.
Use OCEAN STATE LIBRARIES to search for materials in all RI public libraries.
You can access hundreds of e-books via the public library; you just need your library card number.
