Create a poster describing one of the Amendments to the Constitution to inform your classmates about its meaning and importance to early America and today. Choose one of the amendments and associated court cases.
Your poster must include the following information:
- The name of the amendment in big, bold letters
- The actual text of the amendment
- A paragraph description (in your own words) of the history and meaning of the amendment (4-8 sentences typed/written in ink)
- A paragraph description (in your own words) of how the Supreme Court case relates/applies to the amendment (3-6 sentences typed/written in ink)
- A hand drawn, colored illustration (school appropriate) showing the amendment in action
