RITBA Current Nominees: Many of these titles are available in both eBook and audiobook formats. Some are also available in print at the BHS Library Media Center, so stop by to check one out! You can also borrow all of these books from the public library.
Sora Sweet Reads: These titles will always be available to borrow through August 25th!
PLEASE NOTE: The last day to check out a summer reading title from Sora is August 25th! As long as you check out your book by this date, you will have it for the full loan period. The default loan period is 21 days.

This summer, students are encouraged to read one of the books pictured on this page! There is no required reading assignment for students in CP English classes.
An INCENTIVE!
Read at least one book this summer (it does NOT have to be from this suggested list, though it should be at a young adult reading level or above) and create a brief book review, print or digital. Give the book review to Mrs. Parrillo, school library media specialist, by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2025 to be included in a recognition celebration in the media center the following week. The celebration includes a certificate of achievement and a sweet treat!
