News Sources

How do you know if it is a "good fit" source?

A "good fit" source is a source that is reliable, readable, and really interesting. When you find an article, ask yourself the following questions:

1. Does it cite scientific research or experts in the article or in a reference list at the end of the article?

2. Was it published recently (within the past year)?

3. Can you understand what the article is saying?

4. Do you find it interesting or thought provoking?

If you can answer "yes" to these questions, then it is a "good fit" source.
