Edgewood Highland has a subscription to TUMBLEBOOKS!  Click on the icon above for a wonderful on-line library.  Includes videos, fiction, non-fiction, chapter books.

Library Policies

Every class has library for 35 minutes/week.  Students check out books every other week.


Kindergarten & 1st Grade - Students may choose 1 book every week.  Books are kept in the classroom.

2nd-5th Grade - Students may choose up to 2 books to check out a time and may bring them home.


Students are responsible for their books.  If a book is damaged or lost, the student will pay the cost of that book.

Cranston Public Library is now FINE FREE for Children and Teens!

The Cranston Public Library is now Fine Free for children's and teens materials!  No fines will be charged for late or overdue childrens and teen materials from Cranston Libraries.  If materials belonging to other libraries in the state are late, there may be fines, but please talk with a librarian!  They will work with you to see what they can do!
